The campus is located within Kidex Sedenak, the jewel component of the larger 7,290 acres of the Sedenak Technology Valley. The largest of its kind in Malaysia, approximated at 40 acres of land area, the campus spans three buildings and will operate at a combined capacity of 100 MW IT Load.
It was revealed in 2022 that TikTok-owner ByteDance is the anchor tenant of the site.
