This facility is a part of Princeton Digital’s Tokyo data center campus in Japan. Phase 2 of the campus will be ready for service by Q2 2026.

Our data center in Pekanbaru is positioned right in the center of Sumatra island. Due to the submarine cable assets that are located nearby this site serves as a primary network node for both national and international traffic, and it is also easily accessible by air and overland.

Nanjing is a Level 1 city for telecommunication in China. Located in the technology district Jiangning, this facility serves the Jiangsu region. With access to multiple service providers, it attracts software companies, internet companies, and technology startups in Artificial Intelligence.

ESR, an APAC real estate owner and manager, has commenced construction on its first South Korean data centre, KR1, in partnership with Seoul-based Wide Creek Asset Management (Wide Creek AMC).

Cibitung is an emerging cloud data center hub in the Jakarta area. Our facility stands in an industrial area with access to reliable electricity from two nearby power plants with dual routes. The unit is close to a fire station and accessible via toll and non-toll roads.

Surabaya is the second-largest city in Indonesia and an important secondary location to Jakarta. Positioned on a different tectonic plate to Sumatra, the data center is a key alternate location supporting the capacity needs of East Indonesia. It's conveniently close to both an airport and a seaport.

PDG's JH2 data center is strategically positioned in Johor's Eco Business Park at Mukim Senai, just 30 km from the company's existing JH1 campus in Sedenak Tech Park.

PDG’s LF1 project in Langfang is in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Langfang, Hebei Province, China. The project covers an area of 51,564 square meters, with a building area of 92,261 square meters. The IT capacity is 66 MW.

TY1 is the first project in the Lendlease Data Centre Partners fund and also PDG's first data center in Japan. Lendlease plans to invest US$490 million, and PDG will contribute US$1 to fully fit out the data center.

PDG's MU1 data center campus is taking shape in the heart of Navi Mumbai's tech corridor. Set within a planned 50-acre IT park in Airoli, this state-of-the-art facility will feature five purpose-built data centers.

Princeton Digital Group is planning to build a data center campus in the Northern Chennai Metropolitan Area on a 9.3-acre site.

In 2024, Princeton Digital Group acquired the Yahoo data centre in western Singapore as the Warburg Pincus-backed platform continues to expand aggressively in the city-state and neighbouring territories.
