Spain's grid operator, Red Eléctrica de España, has given renewable energy developer Solaria the green light to connect two of its planned data centers to the national energy network.
Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente is a company focused on providing carbon-free energy through its solar power plants. Operating primarily in Spain, with additional presence in Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Uruguay, Solaria is positioned in the solar photovoltaic (PV) sector, which specialized media identifies as the renewable energy source with the strongest growth potential in the medium to long term.
