Finnish data center operator FCDC Corp Oy has announced plans to develop a new campus in the Laajametsä business area of western-central Finland.

Fincap DC Corp was founded in 2023. According to Joonas Viita-aho, despite its name, the company is not part of the Fincap Group. The Fincap Group is an investment company, where in addition to Janne Kotamäki, investor and football influencer Raimo Sarajärvi is also responsible .

Fincap DC Corp has acquired a significant 10-hectare plot of land in Lahti for €6 million (approximately $6.77 million).
FCDC Corp plans to build a data center in Rovaniemi, the regional capital of Lapland in northern Finland.
