Eagle Rock Partners, a company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is proposing to build a massive, multi-billion dollar artificial intelligence (AI) data center in Twiggs County, Georgia.
The proposed data center project in Jones County, Georgia, was planned to occupy a substantial 634 acres of land about three miles from the intersection of Highway 49 and Highway 18.
Property developer Eagle Rock has proposed a massive $8.8 billion data center campus in Christian County, Illinois, marking a major potential shift for a state whose digital infrastructure is heavily clustered around Chicago.
