Lot Size: 634 acres

The proposed data center project in Jones County, Georgia, was planned to occupy a substantial 634 acres of land about three miles from the intersection of Highway 49 and Highway 18. This significant land area was intended to be rezoned from agricultural use. However, developers ultimately withdrew their rezoning application following considerable local pushback and community opposition.

While the operational capacity of the facility in megawatts was not publicly specified, the project's scale, covering more than 600 acres, highlighted the growing demand for large-scale data center infrastructure in the region, despite the current setback.
