DartPoints is based in Dallas, Texas and is majority owned by NOVA Infrastructure following an April 2025 transaction in which Astra Capital Management retained a minority stake. The company operates 11 data centers across 10 US markets in the five states listed above. Scale disclosed in 2023 included more than 325,000 square feet of data center space and 20 MW of power capacity. Services include retail colocation, cloud, and managed services.

The site is situated on a high plateau between the Great Smoky and Blue Ridge Mountains in the Biltmore Park Technology Center, approximately 10 miles from the NOAA National Climatic Data Center
