DartPoints' Columbus facility was previously operated by colocation and managed services provider Immedion.
US data center operator DartPoints acquired Immedion in 2021.

Operating Company

DartPoints is based in Dallas, Texas and is majority owned by NOVA Infrastructure following an April 2025 transaction in which Astra Capital Management retained a minority stake. The company operates 11 data centers across 10 US markets in the five states listed above. Scale disclosed in 2023 included more than 325,000 square feet of data center space and 20 MW of power capacity. Services include retail colocation, cloud, and managed services.
