Centuria Industrial REIT acquired the Fujitsu-occupied data centre at 16 Mulgul Road, Malaga, Perth, in July 2024 for A$39 million.
Centuria: Yarraville
Centuria Industrial REIT acquired the warehouse site at 1 Hardie Road and 2-8 Cawley Road, Yarraville, in late 2025 for A$30.2 million.
Centuria: Thomastown Keon Park
Thomastown and Keon Park is CIP’s largest data centre conversion site, a 10.6 hectare industrial holding about 17 km north of Melbourne’s CBD and less than 100 metres from the Thomastown terminal station.
