DayOne is deploying its specialized corporate vehicle (WG Malaysia VIII Sdn Bhd) to execute a massive, tactical land consolidation in Kapar. By aggressively acquiring adjoining parcels from MayBulk, Eonmetall, and Leader Steel in one clean sweep, DayOne is converting what was originally designated for standard warehousing and logistics into a unified, ~157-acre high-density AI infrastructure campus.
This strategic pivot to Klang Valley allows DayOne to build out the high-power substations and liquid-cooling setups required for next-generation GPU clusters, effectively moving beyond their usual Johor stronghold to lock down the exploding demand for hyperscale capacity right outside Kuala Lumpur.
