Located in Sagamihara, the Tokyo campus will be comprised of 300,000 square feet (28,000 square meters) and will feature three multi-story, earthquake resistant facilities.

Once fully developed, the campus will offer customers 80MW of capacity spread across 20 data modules of 4MW each. The first phase, scheduled for completion in Q2 2024, will include 8MW of IT load with 300W/SF (3.2kW/M²) average density.
