Pole Canyon 1 is the first planned data center building in Tract's 844-acre Pole Canyon Technology Park in Eagle Mountain, Utah, west of Salt Lake City.
The park is zoned industrial with by-right data center use and is master-planned with power, water and network infrastructure across 18 parcels of 40 to 74 acres. Tract is working with Rocky Mountain Power on new transmission infrastructure to serve the park.
