Crypto-mining company Satoshi Energy has activated a new data center at a Texas wind farm, marking the first phase of a collaboration with energy firm Clearway.

The facility is located behind the meter at Clearway's 122MW Elbow Creek wind farm in Howard County. The project's second phase is expected to be completed in 2026. The wind farm itself was first commissioned in 2008 and was repowered in 2019.
