This self-sufficient energy model is supported by secured land, water rights for cooling, and redundant fiber connectivity. While the site is designed for massive long-term scalability, the developer intends to eventually integrate with ERCOT to supplement its on-site generation and further expand its infrastructure footprint within the Texas market.
