Potentia Inc. Campus 02 is a massive AI and high-performance computing data center project in Oklahoma, spanning over 1,850 acres within a master-planned industrial park.
Texas-based developer Potentia is completely self-funding the infrastructure without local tax incentives to maintain site confidentiality and bypass lengthy public approval processes. The campus features a closed-loop water recycling system, eliminates traditional diesel backup generators entirely, and utilizes proprietary intelligent load management (iLM) to protect the local utility grid.
Construction on a dedicated high-voltage substation began in March 2026, with the target delivery for Building 1 on track for Q2 2027. Multi-gigawatt developments of this scale are typically built out in phases over 7 to 10+ years to align with grid capacity expansions.
