Originally built in 2011 and operated by Groupama for over a decade, the facility offers a gross surface area of 3,038 m², including multiple IT halls already in use. The company plans to modernize the site to align with its performance and sustainability standards as part of its broader strategy to expand sovereign digital infrastructure across France.
