HyperDatagrid is developing a high-density AI data center on the former Northern Chip Mill site in Hudson, just outside Lufkin in Angelina County.
The roughly 40-acre parcel sits on Highway 103 West / Ben Dunn Road. Local officials say the company has already secured power from Oncor using existing on-site infrastructure, plans to use wells already on the property for water, and began land clearing and construction in July 2026.
