Hewlett-Packard (HP) consolidated 86 data centers worldwide into six data center sites: two in Austin, two in Houston and two in Atlanta.

Building 1 involved a conversion of a semiconductor manufacturing facility into a 350,000-square-foot stand-alone data center with approximately 125,000 square feet of raised floor and an additional 225,000 square feet of support, warehouse and office space. The project includes two floors of raised floor “white space”, one approximately 65,000 square feet and the other 60,000 square feet.

Building 2 is a 180,000-square-foot that includes two rooms of 25,000 of raised floor. The facility is designed to allow ease of future expansion up to 200,000 square feet of raised floor in a two-level configuration adjacent to the central support core for a total of 600,000 gross square feet.
