Utility Provider: RTE

PA16 is a planned Equinix retail IBX in the Val d'Argent industrial zone of Argenteuil, directly west of Equinix PA12x. The prefect granted its environmental authorization in December 2025.

Construction is planned to start in H2 2026, with opening at the end of 2029.
Eight data halls on three levels, fitted out progressively through 2035.
About 14,100 m² (152,000 sq ft) of floor area, including about 5,300 m² of IT space, on a 17,622 m² site.
Up to 15 MW of waste heat is available; 5 MW is committed to the Dalkia district heating network.

Utility

A new double underground 225 kV link connects the site to RTE's Cormeilles substation. Backup comes from 18 HVO-fuelled generators with 48 hours of autonomy.
