Ryan Companies and EdgeCore are moving forward with plans to develop a massive new data center and industrial campus on over 780 acres located in the town of Florence, Pinal County. This significant regional development has been referred to by multiple names across various planning documents, including the Florence Tech Park, the Able Tech Park Data Center, and the Dobson Farms EdgeCore Data Center, highlighting its scale and complexity.
The EdgeCore component is a major digital infrastructure build, proposing ten two-story data centers, each totaling 332,100 square feet(30,855 sqm). The project also includes the installation of four substations to support the enormous power demands of these massive facilities.
