EdgeCore: Mesa Expansion
EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure is significantly expanding its data center campus in Mesa, Arizona. The company plans to add an additional 43.87 acres to its existing 40-acre facility.
EdgeCore Internet Real Estate, LLC
Edgecore is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. It operates under the EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure brand and focuses on large, high-density campuses for hyperscale customers. Partners Group acquired the platform in November 2022 and later completed an additional equity investment in 2024. Current and planned development includes Mesa in Greater Phoenix, Santa Clara in Silicon Valley, the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center near Reno, and multiple sites in Virginia including Ashburn, Culpeper, and Louisa County.

EdgeCore has completed the topping out of a data center at 45865 Maries Road, Sterling, VA. The Maries Road location will offer 348,000 sq ft of space.
