Edgecore is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. It operates under the EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure brand and focuses on large, high-density campuses for hyperscale customers. Ryan Companies and EdgeCore are moving forward with plans to develop a massive new data center and industrial campus on over 780 acres located in the town of Florence, Pinal County.
EdgeCore has acquired 697 acres of land in Louisa County for $42 million, with plans to construct a data center.
EdgeCore has completed the topping out of a data center at 45865 Maries Road, Sterling, VA. The Maries Road location will offer 348,000 sq ft of space.
