The campus is strategically positioned to leverage both an onsite combined cycle power plant (currently under development) that will supply up to 485MW of clean power at below-market rates, and up to 500MW public utility power via existing 138kV transmission lines.

A 40-acre parcel on the data center campus is slated for renewable energy, with an 8-10 MW solar farm currently under development.
