Digital Realty’s sixth Marseille data center (MRS6) is a €700 million redevelopment project in Bouc-Bel-Air that will convert a 26,000 sqm warehouse into a 50MW, AI-ready facility with seven data halls. Approved in March 2026, the project will be powered via a 225kV connection from RTE and is expected to begin construction in 2026, with operations targeted for 2028
