Developed in partnership with Calpine (a subsidiary of Constellation Energy), the 918,650 sq ft campus sits adjacent to and will be powered by Calpine’s 1 GW Freestone Energy Center natural gas-fired combined-cycle facility. The development comprises three single-story pre-cast buildings, designated as DFW20A, DFW20B, and DFW20C, each measuring 306,215 sq ft. Construction is currently underway on the first two buildings, with work on the third scheduled to commence in August 2026 and full campus completion targeted for August 2027.
