CoreWeave has committed to a long-term, 15-year lease agreement to be the sole tenant for AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) operations at the retrofitted Helios campus. The agreement is expected to deliver highly predictable revenue for Galaxy Digital, generating an average of over $1 billion annually once the facility is fully operational in phases starting early 2026.
