Cloverleaf Infrastructure has proposed a new data center campus in Troy, Missouri, presenting two distinct design options for the site located northeast of St. Louis. The first proposal, Phase 1, envisions six two-story buildings—each spanning approximately 264,000 square feet—concentrated on the upper portion of the 300-acre site.
Alternatively, the Full Buildout Concept Plan suggests a more expansive use of the total acreage but with fewer structures, totaling four data center buildings. Both concepts incorporate essential support infrastructure, including a substation, office, warehouse, and seven stormwater basins. With construction targeted to begin in early 2027, the developer is maintaining transparency by not requiring NDAs from local officials as they finalize the vision for this regional hub.
