The Dundee Data Center Project, known as Project Ironwood, is halted. The project, proposed by Cloverleaf Infrastructure at the intersection of Ann Arbor Road and Day Road in Dundee Township, Michigan, faced significant local opposition. The project was ultimately stopped after Cloverleaf retracted its pre-development agreement and the Dundee Village Council voted in October 2025 to block the vital water supply required for the facility.
