A data center outside of Detroit, Michigan, is available for purchase. Lee & Associates, a real estate agency, has listed 21420 Melrose in Southfield, Oakland County, as available. The 1986-built, 15,956-square-foot property is available for $1.34m.

The website was last scanned in January 2020. The company stated at the time that the facility had "dozens of lit fiber carriers," including AT&T, XO, Cavalier, Verizon, Level-3, US Signal, Comcast, Paetec, Light Tower, Crown Castle, Windstream, Cogent, Rocket Fiber, and
