Chinachem Group plans to build a data center in Tung Chung Town, Hong Kong. In 2022, Chinachem Group, through its member company Chime Corporation Limited, won the tender for Tung Chung Town Lot No. 45 at Area 57, Tung Chung at a premium of HK$2.778 billion. The site covers an area of about 12,335 square metres with a maximum gross floor area of 117,182 square metres upon completion.
