Hong Kong: Goodman completes Hong Kong data center

Real estate firm Goodman this week said it has completed the third building at its Goodman Tsuen Wan West data center campus and handed over the 50MW facility to Chinese operator GDS.
Goodman’s head of Asia, Paul McGarry, said: “This is the latest data center completion at the brand new 225MW Goodman Tsuen Wan West campus, further demonstrating our ability to provide the essential infrastructure needed to support Hong Kong’s digital economy. This handover to GDS continues our track record of successfully delivering complex large-scale projects, in major global cities, helping improve speed to market for our customers.”
Jamie Khoo, CEO of GDS International, said: “We are excited to commence MEP construction on HK3, our third data center facility in Hong Kong. This facility underscores our dedication to innovation and sustainability while addressing the growing demand for data center services driven by advancements in cloud computing and AI.”
