Carrianna Group has announced the launch of a new data center in the Kwai Chang industrial area, Hong Kong. The Hong Kong property firm, Jun Gao Holdings Company Limited and Dr. Quentin Tsang jointly invested in the data center. The property has a gross floor area of 2,100 square meters (23,000 square feet) with a 464 square meters (5,000 square feet) terrace for backup generators and chillers, which have now been converted into a co-working space and data center.
According to Carrianna, the facility will provide data center solutions to fintech/blockchain companies, cloud services providers, and telcos. The founder ofJun Gao Holdings, Dr. Wan Tak Fai Danny, said the company is honored to partner with Carrianna Group on the project. He added that the combination of technology and real estate would become a template for diversified property development in the nearest future.
