Cerebras has signed a 10-year, $1.1 billion agreement to lease high-density colocation space from Digi Power X in Columbiana, Alabama.
The project retrofits a 160,000-square-foot former industrial complex into a Tier III AI data center campus using Digi Power X's modular "ARMS 200" architecture. Supported by an on-site substation interconnected with Alabama Power, infrastructure deliveries to Cerebras are scheduled for December 2026 and Q1 2027. The remaining campus capacity will support future colocation expansion and Digi Power X's own "NeoCloudz" GPU cloud platform.
