With development-ready land owned and adjacent to the facility, and key infrastructure already in place, the site is ideally positioned for rapid deployment, operational resilience, and long-term scalability. Capital Power The project is targeting a 2028 in-service date and is intended to enable Canadian AI development in partnership with global technology leaders, without compromising grid reliability or affordability.
