Nordic data center company atNorth has unveiled plans for a massive data center complex in Ølgod, a town within Denmark's Varde municipality. The project, named DEN02, will cover an expansive 176 hectares and is slated for completion by late 2026.

The facility will be designed to offer colocation services for hyperscalers and companies using AI and high-performance computing workloads.
The DEN02 data centre will be equipped to provide heating and hot water to local communities through the district heating supplier.
The Nordic operator has already signed a collaboration agreement with Wa3rm, a specialist in the development of circular and bio-based operations for waste streams.
