In April 2024, the company announced its entry into the Portuguese market by acquiring two adjacent sites in Carnaxide, within the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. This location is strategically important due to its proximity to Carcavelos, a landing point for multiple subsea cables.
The company has already broken ground on its first data center in Portugal, designated LIS001.
