Lot Size: 500 acres

The Port of Walla Walla commission has unanimously approved selling 500 acres at Wallula Gap Business Park to Advance Phase LLC for $32.5 million. The company plans a $4.8 billion data center campus with 16 buildings to be developed in four phases. Each phase will cover 125 acres and include four 215,000-square-foot buildings, totaling 3.4 million square feet.

While bound by a nondisclosure agreement, port officials say Advance Phase is operated by a top-30 Fortune 500 company.
