The Port of Walla Walla commission has unanimously approved selling 554 acres at Wallula Gap Business Park to Amazon for $36 million. The company plans a $4.8 billion data center campus with 16 buildings to be developed in four phases. Each phase will cover 125 acres and include four 215,000-square-foot buildings, totaling 3.4 million square feet.
