This Marlborough, Massachusetts data center began as part of Comdisco Availability Solutions' Boston-area workgroup/disaster-recovery cluster on Locke Drive. It came to SunGard Availability Services in the November 2001 acquisition of Comdisco's Availability Solutions business and was operationalized as a multi-tenant colocation facility known as MAR-250. (The neighboring 260 Locke Drive site, MAR-260, was also part of the same workgroup cluster.) Best-estimate launch as a SunGard colo: 2002.

The facility transferred to 365 Data Centers as part of the broader SunGard colocation portfolio acquisition. 64,800 sqft raised floor / 23,000 sqft usable / 2.8 MW operational.
