Lancium's Clean Campus in Abilene hosts AI data centers that Crusoe builds and runs, leased to Oracle for OpenAI's Stargate, plus a Crusoe build for Microsoft. First built in 2025, with expansions planned through 2027.
Tech partners Lancium and Crusoe Energy are building a next-gen data center at Lancium's Clean Campus. The first phase is a 998,000 square foot facility designed to handle huge AI workloads, supporting up to 100,000 GPUs per building.
Backed by a major investment, the project focuses on renewable energy and high-density computing. The first two-building is fully leased to a Fortune 100 tech company.
Lancium will power the future with smart energy solutions, while Crusoe builds the digital infrastructure that will drive AI's next frontier.
