CyrusOne's Castroville SAT14 campus covers about 244 acres north of US Highway 90, about 4 miles west of Castroville in unincorporated Medina County, Texas. CyrusOne markets it as its Medina County Data Center campus, with several buildings planned in phases.

Land. CyrusOne affiliate C1 Medina II LLC bought the 148.8-acre Chacon Creek Ranch tract in April 2025. CyrusOne LP added tracts of 14.3 and 81.2 acres in November 2025, and all of the land moved into C1 Medina II in January 2026. The campus adjoins Microsoft's Castroville Hwy 90 campus on the east.

Incentives. Medina County granted a tax abatement on the land, effective November 3, 2025. The agreement requires at least $300 million of investment per data center and $5 million for County Road 4516 improvements.

Power. Medina Electric Cooperative serves the site, and CyrusOne funds dedicated transmission. TCEQ registration 184983 covers 168 critical 2.25 MW diesel generators and six house generators for the first two buildings.
