Vantage Ashburn Campus: Vantage Data Centers Opens Second Data Center on its Northern Virginia Campus

Vantage Data Centers just announced that it has completed the first phase of VA12. VA12 is the second of the five planned facilities situated at its Northern Virginia campus. The completed first phase of VA12 will provide 16MW of critical IT capacity to enterprises, hyperscalers, and cloud providers.
When Vantage completes the project, VA12 will have 32MW and over 250,000 square feet. Vantage assured customers of VA12 that they will still get the same state-of-the-art services that the existing VA11 30MW facility provided.

DENVER (April 28, 2021) – Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data center campuses, today announced the completion of phase one of VA12, the second of five planned facilities at its Northern Virginia campus located in the heart of “Data Center Alley.” The initial phase of VA12 provides hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises with 16MW of critical IT capacity. Upon completion, VA12 will consist of 32MW and more than 250,000 square feet.
According to Cushman & Wakefield’s 2021 Data Center Global Market Comparison Report, the Northern Virginia market continues to hold the top global position in overall rankings for the year due to its size, fiber, cost of power and tax incentives.
