Vantage Data Centers: Vantage Plans To Develop Another Data Center Campus in Sterling

According to BizJournal, Vantage is looking to develop another data center campus in Loudoun County, Virginia. According to Loudoun property records, the company acquired 17 acres of land at 22318 Glenn Drive for $46m in October 2021. Per the documents filed by Loudoun County Economic Development, a 96MW data center would be developed on the site across 800,000 square feet. This will likely be split between two buildings.

Vantage acquired the land from two companies. It acquired five parcels from Belfort Park LLC for around $17.5m. The remaining land was acquired from FP Sterling Park Land LLC for $28.5m. The land is situated close to the company’s existing data center campus. Vantage’s existing Ashburn VA1 data center campus is located at 45200 Vantage Data Plaza in Sterling, Loudoun County. The Facility spans 42 acres. It will span over 1 million square feet upon full buildout and offer over 146Mw in capacity.
