Thésée Datacenter is adding 50MW of data center capacity to its campus in Aurbgenville, outside Paris, France. The firm will invest an initial €60 million ($69.6m) into the project as part of a total investment expected to reach €500m ($579.9m).
It intends to expand the site with data center modules offering between 5-10MW each. “This will allow Thésée to support the growing digital needs of businesses and the public sector and reinforce its role as a trusted digital partner in the Île-de-France region,” the company said.
“With this new campus, we are taking a major step in the development of Thésée Datacenter,” said Antoine Fournier, president of Thésée Datacenter. “We are responding to the growing demand for reliable and responsible infrastructure, capable of hosting the most critical applications governed exclusively by French law.”
