A data center leased by colocation provider eStruxture in Toronto, Canada, has been sold by its landlord. Granite REIT sold the 41,200 sq ft (3,825 sqm) property at 20 Pullman Court in Scarborough for CA$16.5m ($11.89m). The deal closed last month, though the buyer was not disclosed.

Granite REIT is a Canadian real estate investment trust focused on industrial, warehouse, and logistics properties. It owns 145 properties totaling around 61.5 million sq ft (5.7 million sqm) across North America and Europe. Founded in 2017 with backing from CDPQ, eStruxture operates 16 data centers across Canada, with more than 760,000 sq ft (70,600 sqm) of space and 130MW of power.
