Colorado (CO): Energy Field Security Announce Plans For Edge Data Centers in Colorado

Energy Field Security (EFS) has revealed plans to build an Edge data center in Delta, Colorado. The Edge data center will help serve local healthcare and medical providers. EFS announced that it would be building the data center on a seven-acre site which is located to the north of Delta Health hospital. According to EFS, the facility will total 10,000 square feet (929 square meters). It can also be expanded in the future. 

EFS noted that the modular data center would provide colocation & hosting space, managed services, offices to the local medical providers. The facility is scheduled to be in operation in early 2023. The data center will most likely feature a designated, on-site Electric Vehicle charging station.
