Global AI, an infrastructure firm partnered with Saudi AI company Humain, is planning to develop a massive data center campus roughly 60 miles north of Denver in Windsor, Colorado.

The company purchased 438 acres of land. The former Eastman Kodak and Carestream Health campus in Weld County for $15.6 million to anchor the development. The initial phase aims to gut an existing industrial building to deploy the facility, with subsequent multi-phase expansions targeted for its long-term rollout.
