NTT: Clark provides NTT with a data center in Ashburn, Virginia

NTT's Ashburn, Virginia, data center has been delivered by the construction company Clark. This week, Clark Construction Group revealed the notable finalization of the first phase of the VA6 Data Center in Loudoun County, Virginia.

The project, which began in May 2022, was completed on time for NTT Ltd., the client. Through the middle of 2024, Clark will continue to develop the remaining critical IT capacity. The two-story, 180,000-square-foot data center on NTT's 78-acre campus features 24MW of critical IT capacity and is the firm's sixth data center in Ashburn. The undertaking was conceptualized by Corgan Associates and WSP's kW Engineering.

The one campus that NTT currently runs in Northern Virginia was formerly known as RagingWire; it is a 78-acre campus in Ashburn, Loudoun County, with nine intended data centers that will have 224MW of critical IT load and 970,136 square feet of data floor space.
