Winda Energy Oy is a Finnish renewable energy project developer founded in 2011, developing wind, solar, and energy storage projects across Finland from initial planning through to construction completion. The company works with a broad network of local partners and develops projects ranging from small wind installations to large multi-turbine sites. Its majority shareholder is private equity investor BHM Renewables, with Finnish private investors holding minority stakes. In April 2026, Winda Energy announced its first data center project in Rastikangas, Janakkala, in collaboration with Gi21 Capital, a European investment company specialising in data center development, construction, and operation.
