Urbacon Montreal - 544 Inspecteur
Urbacon's Montreal data centre is a 10-storey, 266,671 sq ft purpose-built wholesale facility at 544 rue de l'Inspecteur in Griffintown, about 800 metres from the downtown financial core. Urbacon and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ developed it on a 1920 building, adding storeys above the original structure. It opened officially in September 2017 with seven dedicated data floors.

Urbacon: Richmond DC2
DC2 is Urbacon Data Centre Solutions' second data centre on its Barker Business Park campus in Richmond Hill. The 105,000 sq ft facility was completed in October 2020.

DC1 is the first data center on Urbacon Data Centre Solutions' Barker Business Park Digital Campus in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The 118,135 sq ft facility opened in 2017.
Urbacon: Niagara DC1
The site would be located at the intersection of Rainbow and John B. Daly Boulevards, and would feature about 600,000 square feet (55,700 sqm) of "high-security, technologically advanced data center space".
Urbacon: Niagara DC2
Phase I of the Niagara Digital Campus would be built in two parts (Phase IA and Phase IB) over the course of approximately 24 months from groundbreaking. DC2 will be built in Phase 1B.
