  • Sept 2013: Acquired Granite Networks for $6.25. Granite provided managed services in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec
  • April 2013 Rogers acquired Blackiron data centers from Primus

The TOR3 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The CGY2 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The CGY1 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The EDM2 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The facility at 970 Green Valley Road in London, Ontario, was originally established as a core asset of Blackiron Data, the data center division of Primus Telecommunications.

The Qu DC OTT2 data center (also known as Rogers OTT DC2) is part of the Qualicum Centre complex in Nepean, Ottawa.

The OTT3 data center in Kanata originally served as the primary facility for Granite Networks before its acquisition by Rogers Communications in 2011.
